internet connection was down for 2 days. what i did was sorting my com and call 1633. yes i kept calling starhub customer service because they didn't call me back at all when they say they would. very pissed with the way they smoke their way through whatever problems they faced and make up stories hoping i would buy it(come on i am not stupid). the funny thing is, in total, they say they will call me back 3 times, but only call back the last time, cause the problem was solved by then. they should at least give me a call back to explain the problem they facing. anyway, i wrote good and bad feedbacks to them. :)
rule #1 - never lie to xinghua when he knows whats happening.
